Position: Warehouse Operations Coordinator – Karachi
Overview
We are seeking applications for the post of “Warehouse Operations Coordinator”. The incumbent will be responsible to run the warehouse operational activities on the floor and ensure expected result as per agreed KPI.

Main Responsibilities:
>> Control all inbound & outbound daily activities of warehouse in coordination with Warehouse Manager/ Shift In charge.
>> Ensure that the stock accuracy reported to Warehouse Manager is physically matched with the system.
>> Coordinate with inventory team on the cycle count plan.
>> Control in/out bound activities in terms of SOP and manpower.
>> Monitor operation and ensure all activities are finish on time.
>> Manage & control all return material and coordinate with customers for resolution.
>> Follow up/check daily cycle count after replenishment and count after put away.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
>> Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in warehousing at a multinational or renowned local logistics company.
>> Intermediate degree preferably in related field from reputable institution.
>> Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policies.
>> Must have good management, interpersonal and communication skills.
