Full Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure safe keeping of stock both as to quality and quantity of materials.
Initiate purchase requisitions for replacement of stock of all regular stores items in case the stock level of any item of store approaches minimum limit.
Initiate action for stoppage of further purchasing if the stock level approaches maximum limit.
Issue materials in required quantities against authorized Indents/material lists.
Keep a record of all items that leave the stockroom and inspect for damaged goods.
Check the book balances with actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.
Maintain proper records of all documents in orderly manner.
Issue Pharmacy items on daily basis to POS as per SOP.
Ensure upkeep of the Store including;
Proper cleaning of Store.
Shelves and racks are properly stocked and products do not fall off shelves.
The store is well lit and ventilated.
Perform any other tasks assigned by work supervisor.

Requirements & Qualification:-
At least Graduate.
Computer literate.
Able to work independently.
Able to prepare simple reports and work sheets.
At least 2-3 years work experience in similar capacity.
