In the role of a Sales Specialist for Application Services, your main focus will be on generating sales and increasing revenue by effectively promoting and selling services related to applications to prospective clients. Your contribution will be vital in expanding our customer base and ensuring their utmost satisfaction. Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and identify potential customers: Research and identify potential leads and target markets for App services. Utilize leads to generate new business opportunities.
2. Build and maintain client relationships: Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their video needs, provide product demonstrations, and offer customized solutions to meet their requirements.
3. Sales presentations and demonstrations: Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of mobile app services. Highlight the value proposition, explain pricing models, and address any client concerns or objections.
4. Negotiate and close sales deals: Collaborate with clients to negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements. Close sales deals and ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the app services market. Maintain a deep understanding of the product portfolio and effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
6. Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies and provide feedback on customer requirements. Collaborate on marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
7. Achieve sales targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
8. Customer support and relationship management: Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues. Provide post-sales support and maintain regular communication to foster long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in sales, preferably in the App services or technology industry.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical individuals.
– Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
– Knowledge of Mobile Application technologies.
– Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
– Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
